In charge of hospital accreditation, Education and Training Department, Shenzhen-Hong Kong Medical Specialist Training Center, Clinical Skills Training and Conference Center.

In charge of Administrative Services Department and hospital construction (Phase II).

In charge of Research Services Department, Biomedical Ethics Department, and Clinical Trials Center.
