The aim of establishment of Patient Relation Office is to strengthen the communication between medical staff and patients, and solve the conflicts and arguments among the patients and the medical staff in a fair and objective position.
The hospital will also enhance the medical staff’s communication skills and establish a new communication mode to better improve the relationship with the patients based on the benefits of the patients and medical staff.
