The University of Hong Kong-Shenzhen Hospital attaches great importance to establishing the harmonious relations with patients.

The aim of establishment of Patient Relations Office is to strengthen the communication between medical staff and patients, and solve the conflicts and arguments among patients and medical staff in a fair and objective position.
